Amit Shah is now the longest serving Union Home Minister

India, a land of great leaders and visionaries, has been blessed with some of the most remarkable personalities in its history. Among them, two names that stand out are Lal Krishna Advani and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Both of them have played a significant role in shaping the future of our nation and have left an indelible mark on the hearts of the people. However, there is one person who has surpassed their stint and has emerged as a leader par excellence. He is none other than our current Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.

Lal Krishna Advani, a veteran Indian politician, has been a prominent figure in Indian politics for over six decades. He has held various positions in the government, including the Deputy Prime Minister and the Home Minister. He is considered one of the founding members of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and has been instrumental in shaping the party’s ideology and policies. Advani is also known for his role in the Ram Janmabhoomi movement, which led to the demolition of the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya.

On the other hand, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, popularly known as the “Iron Man of India,” was the first Home Minister of independent India. He played a crucial role in the country’s struggle for independence and was a close associate of Mahatma Gandhi. Patel was responsible for the integration of over 500 princely states into the Indian Union, which was a significant achievement in the early years of independent India. He was also known for his administrative skills and is often referred to as the “patron saint of India’s civil servants.”

Both Advani and Patel have left a lasting impact on Indian politics and society. However, in recent years, a new leader has emerged who has surpassed their stint and has become a symbol of hope and development for the nation. Narendra Modi, the current Prime Minister of India, has risen from humble beginnings to become one of the most influential and dynamic leaders in the world.

Modi’s journey from a tea-seller to the Prime Minister of the world’s largest democracy is nothing short of inspirational. He joined the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) at a young age and worked as a full-time pracharak (volunteer) for the organization. In 2001, he became the Chief Minister of Gujarat and served in that position for three consecutive terms, making him the longest-serving Chief Minister of the state.

In 2014, Modi led the BJP to a historic victory in the general elections and became the 14th Prime Minister of India. Since then, he has been at the forefront of the country’s development and has implemented several policies and initiatives to transform India into a global superpower. His visionary leadership, coupled with his strong will and determination, has earned him the title of “Vikas Purush” (development man) among his supporters.

Modi’s tenure as the Prime Minister has been marked by several significant achievements. He launched the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, a nationwide cleanliness campaign, which has brought about a remarkable transformation in the country’s sanitation and hygiene practices. He also introduced the Ayushman Bharat scheme, which provides health insurance to over 500 million people, making it the world’s largest healthcare program.

Another notable achievement of Modi’s government is the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST), which has simplified the country’s tax system and boosted economic growth. He has also taken bold steps to tackle corruption and black money through initiatives like demonetization and the introduction of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

Under Modi’s leadership, India has also made significant progress in the fields of infrastructure, technology, and foreign relations. The successful launch of the Chandrayaan-2 mission and the establishment of the International Solar Alliance are a testament to India’s growing prowess in the global arena.

Apart from his achievements in governance, Modi is also known for his charismatic personality and his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He has a strong presence on social media and uses it as a tool to reach out to the citizens of the country and address their concerns. He has also been praised for his efforts to promote India’s ancient culture and traditions on the global stage.

In conclusion, while Lal Krishna Advani and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel have undoubtedly made significant contributions to the nation, Narendra Modi has taken their legacy
