Marlow: Colbert a Huge Part of Democrat Establishment, Used CBS Show to Electioneer

On Friday’s “Alex Marlow Show,” host and Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow discussed the end of “The Late Show” hosted by Stephen Colbert. Marlow didn’t hold back in his criticism of the show and its host, calling Colbert a “left-wing activist” and accusing him of using his platform to further the Democrat agenda.

According to Marlow, Colbert’s show was nothing more than a tool for the Democrat establishment. He claimed that when the Democrats needed a go-to interview, they would turn to Colbert and his show. And with Colbert’s unwavering support of liberal policies and politicians, it’s not hard to see why.

The end of “The Late Show” comes as no surprise to Marlow and many others on the right. In fact, the show’s ratings have been steadily declining since its premiere in 2015. Marlow attributes this to Colbert’s constant political commentary and his one-sided approach to current events.

Colbert’s show was a far cry from the days of late-night talk shows being a place for light-hearted entertainment. Instead, it became a platform for Colbert to push his political views onto his viewers. And while some may argue that it’s just comedy, Marlow believes that Colbert’s influence on the Democrat establishment cannot be underestimated.

Throughout his tenure as host of “The Late Show,” Colbert consistently used his platform to bash President Trump and his administration. He even went as far as to call the President a “traitor” and a “Russian puppet.” Such extreme rhetoric only served to further divide the country and promote a negative and hostile political climate.

Colbert’s blatant bias and lack of objectivity ultimately led to the show’s downfall. Instead of providing a balanced and comedic perspective on current events, he chose to use his show as a vehicle for his own personal political agenda.

Marlow believes that the end of “The Late Show” is a win for the conservative movement. It shows that the American people are tired of being force-fed a liberal narrative and are turning away from biased media outlets. The decline in ratings for Colbert’s show is a clear indication that viewers are seeking out more fair and balanced sources of news and entertainment.

But the end of “The Late Show” also serves as a cautionary tale for other media personalities who choose to use their platform to push their own political agenda. The American people are tired of being bombarded with biased opinions and are demanding more objective and fact-based reporting.

In the end, Marlow believes that Colbert’s legacy will be one of division and partisanship. He used his show to electioneer for the Democrat establishment, and in doing so, lost the trust and respect of a large portion of his audience.

In conclusion, the end of “The Late Show” is a victory for those who value fair and balanced reporting. It’s a reminder that the American people will not stand for biased media outlets and will continue to seek out more reliable sources of news and entertainment. And while Colbert may have been a huge part of the Democrat establishment, his departure from late-night television is a step in the right direction towards a more united and objective media landscape.
