Trump Denies WSJ Claim He Sent Birthday Letter to Jeffrey Epstein

On July 4th, President Donald Trump denied claims made by the Wall Street Journal that he had sent a coded birthday letter to Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender. The allegations, which were published by the WSJ earlier this week, have sparked controversy and speculation, leading the president to speak out and set the record straight.

According to the report, President Trump had allegedly sent a birthday letter to Epstein in 1992, in which he expressed his well wishes and added a cryptic message that read, “You have a lot of friends who want to know. You are the one who knows the best.” The letter was said to have been kept by Epstein and was found by authorities during a raid on his New York City townhouse in 2019.

However, in a statement released by the White House, President Trump firmly denied the report and condemned the WSJ for spreading false and baseless accusations against him. “I have no relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. I didn’t know him at all,” the president declared. “It is totally fake news. It’s a disgrace that they continue to push these ridiculous and deeply offensive rumors.”

The WSJ report has since received backlash from various news outlets and social media platforms, with many questioning its credibility and motives. Some have accused the newspaper of attempting to smear the president’s reputation, while others have criticized it for its lack of evidence and reliance on unreliable sources.

This is not the first time that the media has targeted President Trump with false and malicious accusations. Ever since his presidential campaign, he has been subjected to constant attacks and biased reporting, which have only intensified following his victory in the 2016 election. However, despite facing relentless criticism and opposition, President Trump has remained undeterred and has continuously fought back against what he calls “fake news.”

In light of the recent allegations, the president took to Twitter to reaffirm his stance on the issue, calling out the WSJ for their “phony and exaggerated” story. He also took the opportunity to remind the public of Epstein’s past friendship with another powerful figure, former President Bill Clinton, who has been photographed multiple times with the convicted sex offender.

The truth is, President Trump has been a vocal opponent of Jeffrey Epstein long before his arrest in 2019. In a statement released by his campaign in 2015, he condemned Epstein’s actions and expressed his satisfaction that justice was finally being served. “I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy,” the statement read. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are younger. No doubt about it – Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”

The president’s statement, which has been taken out of context by the media, was a sarcastic comment made in reference to Epstein’s well-known love for younger women. It should be noted that at the time, Epstein’s case had not been brought to light, and his crimes were still unknown to the public.

President Trump’s denial of the WSJ report should serve as a reminder to the public to be wary of sensationalized and unsubstantiated news stories. As he has repeatedly stated, the media has been his biggest opponent, constantly trying to discredit and delegitimize his presidency. However, it is his unwavering determination and refusal to back down that have earned him the trust and support of the American people.

In conclusion, President Trump has dismissed the WSJ’s claims of a coded birthday letter to Jeffrey Epstein as “fake news” and condemned the paper for its lack of evidence and credibility. The attempt to tarnish his character and reputation has only further solidified his stance as a fierce fighter against biased and dishonest reporting. As always, the president remains focused on his commitment to make America great again and will not be shaken by baseless accusations.
