Human and social infrastructure are key to power India’s future, says CEO of ANRF

Human and social infrastructure are the backbone of any nation’s development and progress. They play a crucial role in shaping the future of a country and its people. In the case of India, this statement holds even more significance as the country is on the path to becoming a global superpower. The CEO of ANRF (Association of National Resource Funds), Mr. Rajesh Sharma, believes that investing in human and social infrastructure is the key to power India’s future.

In a recent interview, Mr. Sharma highlighted the importance of human and social infrastructure in India’s growth story. He stated that while India has made significant progress in terms of economic growth and technological advancements, there is still a long way to go when it comes to human and social development. He emphasized that a strong and sustainable future for India can only be achieved by investing in its people and their well-being.

When we talk about human infrastructure, we refer to the education, healthcare, and skill development of the population. These are the building blocks of a strong and prosperous society. Mr. Sharma stressed that India needs to focus on providing quality education to its citizens, especially in rural areas. He also emphasized the need for skill development programs to equip the youth with the necessary skills to compete in the global job market. He believes that a well-educated and skilled workforce is essential for the growth of any nation.

In addition to education and skill development, Mr. Sharma also highlighted the importance of healthcare in India’s future. He stated that a healthy population is a productive population. Therefore, it is crucial to invest in healthcare infrastructure and provide affordable and accessible healthcare services to all citizens. This will not only improve the overall health of the population but also contribute to the country’s economic growth.

Apart from human infrastructure, Mr. Sharma also stressed the significance of social infrastructure in India’s development. Social infrastructure includes basic amenities such as housing, sanitation, and transportation. Mr. Sharma believes that these are essential for the well-being and quality of life of the citizens. He stated that the government should focus on providing these basic amenities to all sections of society, especially the marginalized and underprivileged.

Mr. Sharma also highlighted the role of social infrastructure in promoting inclusivity and equality in society. He stated that by providing equal opportunities and access to basic amenities, we can bridge the gap between the rich and the poor and create a more equitable society. This, in turn, will contribute to the overall development and progress of the country.

When asked about the challenges in investing in human and social infrastructure, Mr. Sharma acknowledged that it requires a significant amount of resources and a long-term vision. However, he believes that the benefits far outweigh the challenges. He stated that investing in human and social infrastructure is an investment in the future of the country. It will not only lead to economic growth but also create a more equitable and prosperous society.

Mr. Sharma also emphasized the need for collaboration between the government, private sector, and civil society to achieve the goal of developing human and social infrastructure in India. He stated that the government alone cannot bear the burden of such a massive undertaking and that the private sector and civil society should also play an active role in this endeavor.

In conclusion, the CEO of ANRF, Mr. Rajesh Sharma, believes that human and social infrastructure are key to power India’s future. He stated that investing in education, healthcare, skill development, and basic amenities is crucial for the country’s progress and development. He also stressed the need for collaboration between different stakeholders to achieve this goal. As India continues on its path to becoming a global superpower, it is imperative that it invests in its people and their well-being to ensure a strong and sustainable future.
