Improvement work to our building continues

Work to Replace Windows in Our Building: A Step Towards Modernization

As we enter the new decade, our building is also gearing up for a major transformation. The work to replace the windows in the 1970s part of our building has been ongoing and we are excited to announce that it will soon move to the first floor. This is a significant step towards modernization and we cannot wait to see the end result.

The project, which began in early 2020, is expected to be completed by the end of August. Our existing aluminium double-glazed windows have served us well for over 40 years, but it is now time to bid them farewell and welcome new, more efficient windows. This decision was made after careful consideration and we are confident that it will bring numerous benefits to our building and its occupants.

One of the main reasons for this upgrade is to improve energy efficiency. The old windows have become less effective in keeping the heat in during winter and out during summer. This has resulted in higher energy bills and discomfort for our tenants. The new windows will be made of modern materials that are designed to provide better insulation, thus reducing our energy consumption and costs. This is not only beneficial for our building but also for the environment as we strive to be more sustainable.

In addition to energy efficiency, the new windows will also enhance the overall appearance of our building. The 1970s style windows have served their purpose, but they no longer align with the modern aesthetic of our building. The new windows will have a sleek and contemporary design, giving our building a fresh and updated look. This will not only make us stand out in the neighborhood but also increase the value of our property.

Moreover, the new windows will provide better sound insulation. As our building is located in a busy area, noise from outside can be a disturbance for our tenants. The new windows will have thicker glass and better sealing, reducing the amount of noise that enters our building. This will create a more peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone.

We understand that the ongoing construction work may cause some inconvenience for our tenants, but we assure you that it will be worth it in the end. Our team is working diligently to minimize any disruptions and we appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. We are also taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our tenants and workers.

As we move forward with this project, we would like to thank all our tenants for their support and understanding. We are committed to providing the best living and working environment for everyone and this upgrade is a testament to that. We are confident that the new windows will bring numerous benefits and improve the overall quality of our building.

In conclusion, the work to replace the windows in the 1970s part of our building is a significant step towards modernization. It will not only improve energy efficiency and enhance the appearance of our building but also provide better sound insulation. We are excited to see the end result and we hope that our tenants are too. Let’s look forward to a brighter and more efficient future for our building.
