Gen Z more likely to take sick leave than ‘keep calm and carry on’ Boomers

A recent survey of 2,000 adults has shed light on the different approaches to self-care among different generations. The results show a clear generational divide, with Gen Zers being more likely to prioritize their health and well-being by taking time off work to recover when they are sick.

The survey, conducted by a leading health and wellness company, aimed to understand how different age groups handle sickness and self-care.
