Land price breaches ₹177-cr an acre mark in Hyderabad

Telangana govt nets ₹1,357 cr for 7.67 acres in auction

The government of Telangana has once again proven its commitment towards the development of the state. In a recent auction conducted by the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC), the government has successfully sold 7.67 acres of land for a whopping amount of ₹1,357 crores. This auction has not only brought in a substantial amount of revenue for the state but has also opened new doors for economic growth and development.

The auction, which took place on 24th February, witnessed fierce bidding from various companies and organizations. The land, located in the prime location of Kokapet in Rangareddy district, was highly sought after due to its strategic location and potential for commercial use. The bidding started at a base price of ₹30 crores per acre and quickly escalated to the final price of ₹177 crores per acre, making it one of the highest land deals in the state.

The successful bidder, a Hyderabad-based real estate firm, has plans to develop the land into a high-end residential and commercial complex. This project is expected to bring in job opportunities and boost the local economy. The company has also promised to complete the project within the stipulated time frame, which will further add to the state’s revenue in the form of taxes and other fees.

This is not the first time that the Telangana government has achieved a record-breaking amount in land auctions. In the past, the state has successfully sold land parcels for large amounts of money, which have been reinvested in various development projects. This consistent success in land auctions is a testament to the state’s investor-friendly policies and efficient governance.

The government of Telangana has always been proactive in promoting industrial and economic growth in the state. The state’s progressive policies and initiatives have attracted a large number of national and international investors, making it one of the fastest-growing states in the country. The success of this recent land auction is a clear indication of the investor confidence in the state.

Moreover, the revenue generated from this auction will be utilized for the development of the state’s infrastructure and welfare schemes for its citizens. This is a significant step towards achieving the government’s vision of making Telangana a globally competitive and inclusive state.

The Telangana government has also been at the forefront of promoting ease of doing business in the state. The government’s efforts in providing a conducive business environment have resulted in the state consistently ranking among the top states in the country in terms of ease of doing business. This has not only attracted investments but has also helped in creating job opportunities for the local population.

With the success of this auction, the Telangana government has once again demonstrated its commitment towards the overall development of the state. The revenue generated from this auction will not only contribute to the state’s economic growth but will also help in improving the standard of living for its citizens.

In conclusion, the recent land auction conducted by the Telangana government has been a resounding success. The record-breaking amount of ₹1,357 crores generated from the sale of 7.67 acres of land is a major achievement and a reflection of the state’s progressive policies and efficient governance. This auction has not only brought in revenue but has also paved the way for further economic growth and development in the state. The people of Telangana can be proud of their government’s efforts in making the state a prosperous and thriving place.
